Andrew has been dedicated to the game of golf for more than 35 years, beginning with a standout junior and amateur career in Australia, complemented by four years of training at the prestigious Victorian Institute of Sport. Following his amateur success, he played professionally on the Australasian and Asian Tours before moving to the United States to compete on the Korn Ferry Tour.

In 2009, Andrew shifted his focus to instruction, establishing his teaching base at Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona. His “keep-it-simple” approach and deep understanding of the golf swing quickly earned him recognition, attracting PGA Tour players such as Kevin Streelman, Si Woo Kim, and, since 2015, six-time major champion Phil Mickelson—including during Mickelson’s historic 2021 PGA Championship victory..
